The successful candidate will be responsible for new large corporate accounts to facilitate a smooth membership take on process and ensure that the minimum membership sign-up counts are reached within each account.Tasks:Educate members on product:· Responsible for members education on the Affinity Health products· Responsible for members education on the claims procedure· Arranges and facilitates Affinity Health products presentation at members take on stage· Assists with completing members application forms and/or amendment forms· Cross sell and upsell to existing members· Participate in wellness days· Facilitates communications and coordinates activities among members· Planning and coordinating members take on eventsService current accounts:· Provide support role to the membership take on process· Builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationships· Facilitates communications and coordinates activities among members· Maintain relationships with all existing membersProvide Support to Unions and other stakeholders:· Provide support to the Manager/ National Group Schemes Support Executive· Builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationships· Identify business growth opportunities with the view to increase revenue· Achieve monthly targets and objectives· Updates management on necessary information with regards to the projects roll out· Reports to National Group Schemes Support Executive, Corporate Sales Executives on their Groups payment history monthlyEssential Qualifications:· Matric
  • Sales and marketing qualification
Essential Experience:
  • · 2- 5 years experience within sales and marketing with a relevant degree/diploma
Knowledge and Skills:· Strong Telephonic skills.
  • Must speak fluent English,Tsonga and Venda
