Main Purpose of Position● To optimise sales opportunities with optimum profitability and maximum customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring monthly objectives and targets are met.Key tasks● Prospect for new customers and maintain existing customer relationships;● Sell vehicle features and personalised benefits;● Handle customer questions and overcome objections;● Professional handover of vehicle to customer;● Ensure all dealership demonstration vehicles are readily available and all vehicles sales debt collection documentation are completed;● Attend weekly sales meetings; andQUALIFICATIONS● Grade 12 certificate● Valid driver’s license● Motor Dealership experience of at least 1 yearsSpecial Requirements● Computer literate (Office suite)● Tertiary marketing and or/sales qualification● Sales experience in Motor Dealership Industry● An effective understanding of the sales cycleBenefits● Basic Salary R 12000● A great commission structure● Company vehicle● Petrol allowance● Medical Aid (50% company contribution)● Provident Fund (8% company contribution, 7.5% employee contribution)The post appeared first on .
