Calling on all SAP Payroll Specialists from the Manufacturing industry. A manufacturing powerhouse based in Randburg is on the lookout for a Payroll Specialist who can lock down the numbers and secure employee satisfaction. If SAP is your second language and you thrive on keeping people paid and happy, then this is your chance to put your career on permanent guard duty!Your Daily Patrols Will Include:

Full payroll processing function, for large-scale teams (perm & contract staff)
SAP record maintenance, time management and authorizations
Benefits management (medical aid, pension, bonuses & 13th cheques)
Employee engagement & support (bring that EQ and people-first mindset)
Ensuring compliance with payroll policies, tax and labour laws
Advanced Excel wizardry for reporting & analysis

You’ll Need To Bring:

A relevant BCom Degree
5+ years’ experience in a full payroll function role
Strong SAP knowledge – non-negotiable!
Advanced MS Excel skills
Attention to detail that even a guard dog would envy
