We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee and manage the payroll function within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with statutory requirements, and providing support to management and employees regarding payroll matters.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labour laws, and company policies.Maintain and update payroll records and employee files.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.Liaise with auditors, HR, and finance teams regarding payroll-related matters.Implement process improvements to increase payroll efficiency and accuracy.Requirements:Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or in a senior payroll role.Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax legislation, and relevant labour laws.Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field is advantageous.
