- Creating, scheduling, and publishing highly engaging visual content, including images, videos, reels, and stories, on Instagram and TikTok.
- Leading the development of creative video content, especially short-form video, in collaboration with creative teams and content creators.
- Actively engaging with the community by responding to comments, messages, and trends in a timely and authentic manner to foster a vibrant community.
- Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager to align social media strategies with broader company goals and campaigns.
- Monitoring and analysing Instagram and TikTok performance using platform analytics and third-party tools.
- Identifying and responding to emerging trends, opportunities, and platform updates to ensure the brand remains relevant.
- Overseeing influencer partnerships and collaborations on Instagram and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.
- Providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to optimize campaigns and content performance.
- Leading the planning and execution of Instagram and TikTok advertising campaigns in collaboration with the digital team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in social media management, with specific expertise in Instagram and TikTok.
- Proven track record in developing and executing social media campaigns with tangible results on these platforms.
- Experience in video content creation and editing tools, including TikTok's native tools and Instagram's Reels.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific features (Instagram Stories, IGTV, TikTok trends) and audience engagement strategies.
- Creative and trend-savvy, with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, tailored to Instagram and TikTok audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and performance data.
- Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships on Instagram and TikTok.
