Job SummaryA leading manufacturing company is seeking a skilled and people-focused Plant Manager to lead operations at one of their key production facilities. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a solid foundation in production, logistics, and labour management, who thrives in dynamic, high-performance environments.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production, logistics, and quality targets are consistently achieved.Lead and manage a large, diverse workforce with a focus on motivation, performance, and accountability.Drive compliance with EE, OSH, SHE, and BCE legislation, maintaining a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.Manage recruitment processes and resolve Industrial Relations (IR) matters effectively and fairly.Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting with a strong grasp of financial controls and production cost management.Ensure efficient coordination between departments to optimize workflow and operational output.Requirements:3 to 5 years' working experience in a management role within a manufacturing environment.Strong working knowledge of EE, OSH, SHE, and BCE legislation is essential.In-depth understanding of financial, logistics, and production operations (non-negotiable).Experience in recruitment and handling IR matters.Proven ability to lead and engage large teams effectively.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.If you're ready to take the next step in your manufacturing leadership journey, apply today!
