Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development within the insurance industry.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum 7 years short-term insurance with 5 of the 7 years in a personal lines sales and service capacity in a broking environment.

Level 4 FETC Short-term Insurance Qualification
Passed FAIS Regulatory Exam
Higher Certificate in Insurance
Post matric qualification is an advantage (BComm Risk/Accounting, BBA)
