Are you highly organised with a passion for HR, transformation, and compliance?Our client is looking for a detail-driven HR Administrator to join their team and provide critical support across transformation, skills development, employment equity, and HR reporting.This role requires strong administrative capabilities, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external service providers.This role is based in Springs, Johannesburg East.Key Responsibilities: Transformation & B-BBEE
  • Consolidate and maintain B-BBEE scorecard data and prepare interim scorecards.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and prepare files for verification agencies.
  • Assist with development, implementation, and monitoring of transformation projects.
  • Manage learner registration, attendance, and progress.
  • Compile CSI information, Steercom, and Social & Ethics reports.
Skills Development
  • Compile and maintain Group skills development data.
  • Ensure data integrity through validation and regular sampling.
Enterprise & Supplier Development
  • Coordinate the collection of ESD data.
  • Maintain accurate beneficiary records to meet group scorecard targets.
Employment Equity
  • Act as secretary for National Transformation Committee meetings.
  • Compile Employment Equity reports (EEA2 and EEA4).
  • Support compliance during Department of Labour audits.
  • Assist with preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the Employment Equity Plan.
  • Ensure compliance with EE requirements across operations and subsidiaries.
HR Dashboard & Reporting
  • Consolidate HR dashboard information monthly and analyse trends.
  • Provide HR Managers with insights and reporting.
Service Delivery & General Support
  • Ensure efficient service delivery, reduced turnaround times, and excellent customer support.
  • Provide information and reporting as required by management.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Degree in HR/Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of B-BBEE, Skills Development, and Employment Equity processes.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven reporting and data management experience.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to resolve queries quickly.
