The role focuses on assisting dispatch to ensure the daily transport plan is executed effectively, with a key emphasis on on-time departures, operational compliance, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Monitor transportation activities to ensure objectives are met.Assist dispatch with employee schedules, route management, and addressing delays.Manage MIS devices, including charging, updating, and issuing to drivers.Ensure punctual departures, record trip details, and verify drop-off times.Conduct vehicle audits and compliance checks.Liaise with drivers, subcontractors, and customers regarding operations.Support drivers in case of incidents or accidents, ensuring proper reporting.Maintain accurate records of operations, including driver performance and dress code.Identify training needs and provide operational support where required.Professionally handle calls and queries from customers, drivers, and operators.Requirements:Previous experience in transport operations or a similar role.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent professional communication and leadership abilities.Ability to remain calm under pressure and make authoritative decisions.Familiarity with route planning, compliance procedures, and customer service.Understanding of transport operations and service delivery requirements.Benefits
