A leading manufacturer in the glass and laminates industry is looking for an experienced Inventory Coordinator with strong SAP knowledge and a solid background in inventory management to join their team in Springs, GP. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with at least 8 years' experience who can take ownership of stock control, ensure accuracy across inventory processes, and support efficient production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Oversee daily inventory operations within the production environmentMaintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely stock replenishmentMonitor and report on inventory variances, investigating discrepanciesCoordinate with production, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth material flowGenerate and analyse inventory reports using SAPSupport cycle counts and full physical stock takesImplement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practicesRequirements:Minimum 8 years' experience in inventory or stock control, ideally in a related manufacturing industry (e.g. glass, laminates, or similar)Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP systemsSolid understanding of production workflows and materials managementProven ability to manage and resolve inventory discrepanciesExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and liaise across departmentsBenefits:
