- Recently graduated or completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
- Must have Business leasing knowledge.
- Must have exposure to Facilities and Maintenance
- Understanding of safety standards and protocols in maintenance operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Consistent academic excellence.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter, self- motivated and self-managed
- Ability to conduct basic administrative tasks and research.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Immaculate timekeeping.
- Provide cost analysis for maintenance and repair activities.
- Assist with fair pricing for all facilities, maintenance, and labor.
- Assist in maintaining records of maintenance activities, costs, and vendor performance.
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager and team members to support daily operations.
