- Oversee all financial and management reporting functions
- Manage and control foreign currency transactions and international payments
- Lead treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and risk management
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations
- Support business units with strategic financial planning and analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
- CA (SA) / CIMA / BCom (Hons) qualification
- At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial control, reporting, and treasury functions
- Proven experience in a multinational environment
- Strong working knowledge of Forex, Foreign Payments, and Treasury operations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong, assertive personality
- Manufacturing and/or construction industry experience is highly advantageous
