Job PurposeTo manage the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the Quickshop within a service station environment. This includes responsibility for sales, staff supervision, inventory control, and the implementation of operational and administrative systems.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily Quickshop operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.Manage sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.Monitor stock levels, ensure accurate reconciliations, and maintain effective stock controls.Prepare budgets, manage expenditure, and analyse variances to optimise profitability.Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.Drive promotional displays, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.Implement and monitor automation/digital platforms for improved efficiency.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.RequirementsGrade 12 (Matric).Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial/supervisory role.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and retail operating systems.Ability to lead and inspire a high-performance team.Strong problem-solving ability, commercial acumen, and customer service focus.Key Leadership AttributesAbility to manage complexity with sound judgement.Self-awareness and resilience under pressure.Achievement-driven with a focus on results.Strong people leadership and relationship-building skills.Adaptability and openness to digital transformation.Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
