Your core focus will be doubling sales and volume in 3 years through regional strategy execution, client partnerships, team upliftment, and market expansion.What You’ll DoLead a high-performing, client-focused teamOversee key accounts and deliver exceptional service outcomesDevelop and implement the 3-year Cape growth strategyDrive new business, upselling, and client engagement initiativesManage operational processes: invoicing, stock, callouts, and installationsPlan and coordinate regional events and promotional activitiesDeliver monthly performance reports and sales forecastsEnsure compliance with training, audits, and quality standardsWhat You Bring5–10 years’ experience in business development and team leadershipTertiary qualification in business managementStrong commercial acumen and ability to lead growth strategyOperational excellence and resilience under pressureTech-savvy mindset with a passion for continuous improvementExperience in the F&B industry or coffee sector (advantageous)Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsWhat Success Looks LikeCape region sales and volume doubled in 3 yearsSeamless operational delivery with client satisfaction at the coreA motivated, engaged team aligned to strategyExpansion into new markets and growth of existing accounts
