• Acquire New Business for both Air and Sea.
• Facilitate processing of credit application.
• Implementation (new and existing client)
• Client servicing.
• Record client information.
• Report on sales activities.
• Cost freight movements and prepare service estimates.
• Comply with the requirements of the quality management system.

• Matric.
• 1 year Sales and Marketing related qualification at NQF level 5.
• 5 years working experience as a Sales Representative in a Service industry of which at least last 3 consecutive years were in the Clearing and Forwarding industry.
• Servicing and marketing principles and practice. International Trade principles and practice.
• External business environment.
• Company service charge rates.
• Tariff calculation concepts.
• Company terms of payment.
• CRM; Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Package)
• Carrier and depot conditions of trade.
• National currencies and international codes; INCO Terms.
• Verbal communication – advanced.
• Business opportunism; presentation and negotiation.
• Client/service orientation; situation analysis and problem solving.
• Judgment and decision making; creative and innovative thinking.
• Interpersonal sensitivity.
• Customer service orientation - Able to handle a demanding customer environment.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• R700 000 – R720 000 CTC per annum.
