Accounts Administrator

• Matric
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
• 2 – 5 years’ experience
• Candidate must have basic Debtors and Creditors Knowledge
• MS Office and Sage Pastel
• Must be a fast learner and adaptable
• Training will be provided
• Conduct and manage debt collection activities to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments
• Perform accurate reconciliation of debtor accounts to maintain up-to-date financial records
• Generate and issue invoices as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Submit necessary documentation and data through relevant online portals in accordance with deadlines
• Administer and monitor staff leave records, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a general understanding of accounts payable processes and support creditor-related tasks as needed
• Utilize accounting software such as Pastel and Sage for financial processing and reporting
