Responsibilities
- Preparing requisitions and ordering of office supplies and cleaning materials for sites
- Ordering of uniform using on-line platform
- Issuing uniforms to staff and new recruits
- Providing administrative support to staff members as needed
- Assist with termination process of staff and sites
- Booking of offices on BPSI as required
- Preparing quotations for casual guarding and submitting to clients
- Loading of new clients on online platform
- Loading IT requests for cell phones/data for all sites
- Submitting weekly reports of casual guarding
- Preparing reports for fuel consumption of guarding fleet
- Capturing of disciplinary documents on online platform
- Following up on invoices and payments
- Ad-hoc administrative functions as required by the department
- Matric/Grade 12
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Easy Roster advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
