- Targeted Outreach and Client Research Proactively research target clients and opportunities globally, identifying and engaging with potential clients in both local and international markets.
- Lead Generation and Relationship Building Generate leads and establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders through internal and external networking, including attending approved conferences.
- Daily Work Schedule Planning Plan and organise a daily work schedule to reach out to both existing and potential leads, with a focus on engaging decision-makers.
- Outbound Sales Management Lead Outbound Sales and Business Development campaigns, including managing outreach to new target clients for meetings.
- Client Engagement: Engage directly with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, performing product demos and supporting senior management in negotiating price proposals and RFPs.
- Deal Closing: Close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation through to negotiation and agreement finalisation.
- Partnership Development: Establish and nurture partnerships to foster new business opportunities and expand the businesss reach.
- Product Knowledge: Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the platform, features, and technical specifications to effectively engage with potential clients and demonstrate value.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Attend weekly Business Development/Sales team meetings and provide insights to management regarding sales figures, goals, and any obstacles encountered.
- Feedback for Platform Improvement: Provide constructive feedback to the Client Management and IT teams to help improve the platform and increase market share.
- Qualified CA, CFA Level 2/3, Lawyer, Product Specialist.
- Highly motivated individuals with strong financial acumen.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record of engaging with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Proactive Sales and Business Development approach with a strong desire to grow and learn in a tech-driven environment.
- Excellent prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver customised presentations tailored to client needs.
- Openness to constructive feedback.
- Experience in selling a SAAS platform.
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
