- Upholding food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all workstations.
- Assisting with staff training and development of new team members.
- Contributing ideas for new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Monitoring mise en place to ensure kitchen readiness for every service.
- Managing waste and assisting with stock rotation to ensure freshness and cost control.
- Stepping into leadership responsibilities during the absence of senior chefs.
