From preparing Profit & Loss statements and forecasts to partnering with business leaders, this role is essential in ensuring the financial health and success of Envoyage.✨ Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare month-end journals, reports, budgets, and forecastsAnalyse financial performance, expenses, and variances against budgetsProvide business leaders with insights to support strategic decisionsDeliver ad hoc financial and commercial analysis as neededSupport audits and ensure compliance with accounting standardsImprove and maintain financial controls across the businessReconcile travel and events spend, ensuring alignment with budgetsPartner with leaders on business transitions, systems, and reporting improvements🎯 What We're Looking ForDegree in Business, Commerce, or Finance (CA(SA) or CIMA advantageous)3-5 years of finance experience, with 1-2 years in management accountingStrong commercial acumen and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with systems such as Protas, GAS, SUN, or Oracle is a plusExcellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication, with proven stakeholder management skillsSelf-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment🌟 Why Join Us?
