- Sales performance and reporting
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts, comparative to agreed targets
- Operations management
- Implement procedures and controls to ensure all aspects of the daily operations run smoothly
- Accurate management of stock, invoicing and deliveries
- Ensure training and audits are being completed to the desired standards and development of the teamand technical callouts

- Tech savvy, able to identify where technology can be used to improve and streamline operations
- Ability to lead and influence a team
- 5 to 10 years experience in business development and running teams
- Tertiary qualification in business management
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry an advantage
- Prior coffee skills, knowledge and excellence would be an addedbonus
