- Deal implementation and loan management of property finance transactions.
- Provide a professional service to stakeholders (internal & external) by ensuring that transactions are managed and accounted for in accordance with legal agreements, relevant legislation and that deal activities are executed by following agreed business process.
- Build trusting relationships with stakeholders (internal & external) through consistent and timeous communication, adherence to requirements (systems and procedures) and evidencing an understanding of transactions, process and systems.
- Ensure that transactions are accurately loaded and maintained on support systems and that deal related activities are accurately executed.
- Adhere to internal processes when managing deals and executing transaction activities (e.g., cash flows, rate resets document lodging, invoicing, collateral management).
- Manage the pre and post registration process (e.g. cancellations, releases, and deal variation process.
