Minimum requirements:
  • LLB Degree
  • Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Family Law
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and sensitive cases
  • Managing a caseload of family law matters, including divorces, maintenance, custody, and protection orders
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and agreements
  • Representing clients in court and during mediation or settlement negotiations
  • Providing professional legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards
