Job Description - Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipServe as Product & Process Specialist for hydro plant machinery.Provide immediate technical support to customers, suppliers, and sales teams.Project & Product DevelopmentLead application development, product design, and new product introductions.Identify and develop new product opportunities.Manage project milestones and deliverables.Customer & Supplier RelationsBuild and maintain strong customer, supplier, and vendor relationships.Organise transfer meetings with sales, project management, and customers.Field Service & MaintenanceConduct on-site assessments, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.Support sales proposals and opportunity management.GeneralParticipate in company committees and initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.Travel internationally up to 70% of the time.
