Key Responsibility AreasPerforms a cashiering function and attends to customer queries.
Performs minor admin functions and stock control.
Compiles all statistical data and accesses/retrieves information and records to facilitate the resolution of specific queries.
Undertakes booking / hiring of Council facilities and performs switchboard duties.
Oversees overtime staff.
Sets up the hall and equipment for various functions and ensures the timeous opening, closing and cleanliness of the facilities.
Attends to security or emergency matters.
Administers basic first aid.
