- Qualified Automotive Technician with a Red Seal Trade Test.
- Proven experience as a Senior Diagnostic or Master Technician within a franchise brand.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues.
- Ability to work efficiently, maintain high standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Carry out advanced diagnostic work and repairs on vehicles.
- Support and guide junior technicians within the workshop.
- Ensure all work is performed to manufacturer standards.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Uphold workshop and franchise brand standards.
