Project Manager

• Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.

• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Development, Business Intelligence, Studio, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and other supporting departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays or issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Facilitate collaboration between departments to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.
• Support vendor and third-party provider management by monitoring deliverables and aligning timelines.
• Prepare and execute operational readiness plans for brand launches and critical initiatives.
• Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues across operational areas.
• Document project requirements, milestones, and lessons learned to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, or similar).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMO methodologies are considered a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive collaboration.
