BEng or Masters (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering).
10-15 years of working experience in developing and implementing simulation models for manufacturing processes in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in using simulation software (Simo/Arena/FlexSim etc)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production line dynamics and lean manufacturing principles.
Data analysis and statistical methods.

Responsibilities:

Lead design, development and validation of complex simulation models for automotive production lines.
