The Electronics Technician is responsible for the testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modification of electronic equipment, parts, components, and systems according to engineering instructions and customer specificationsMinimum qualifications and experience:Associated Degree or Diploma in Electronics with 5+ years of demonstrated relevant experience
Computer literate with knowledge of IT networks and terminology
Experience in the maintenance and upgrade of Computer hardware and operating systems/applicationsJob Requirements & Other Attributes:The ability/skill to troubleshoot PCB’s to component level using various test equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematic diagrams
Use of Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes, Signal generators, Digital MultiMeters, and frequency Counters
Knowledge of proper PCB board/component handling and ESD prevention practices
Experience setting up and conducting various intricate PCB test configurations using test leads and fixtures
Hands-on problem-solving style
Self-motivated and self-directed, requiring minimal oversight to meet objectives and timelines
Keeping current with applicable technology
