- BSc/BSc Hons (OR relevant science industry experience) &/ Business Management qualification.
- 5 yrs+ working experience in customer service leadership within Science/Lab/Medical supplies
- Experience with customer service management platforms, (ERP and CRM systems)
- Proven team management experience is essential, guiding on company process improvements,
- Maintaining high quality stds working within a QMS, ISO 9001 & ISO 13485
- Exceptionally strong administration skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, detail-oriented
- Effective team player who works proactively within a team; exceptional communication skills; good time management skills & ability to work efficiently & driven under pressure.
- South African citizen with valid drivers license & own vehicle
