- Provide first-line technical support to Arabic-speaking users via email, chat, and phone
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving software and platform issues
- Educate users on features and functionality with clarity and patience
- Document all support cases accurately and follow internal protocols
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier tech teams when required
- Collaborate with international team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written
- Proficient in English, the language of internal operations
- Experience in tech support, IT helpdesk, or a related technical role
- A strong interest in technology and the ability to explain complex systems in simple terms
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work shifts (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
- A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team
