We pride ourselves on our data-driven approach and are looking for a talented Ads Specialist to join our marketing team to help drive our growth.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage multiple campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Performance Max, Search, Display, Video, etc.).
  • Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns across both platforms for performance, including bid adjustments, ad copy testing, and landing page improvements.
  • Performance Max Campaigns: Launch, manage, and optimize Performance Max campaigns within Google Ads, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Build and continuously test new audiences.
  • Microsoft Ads Management: Develop and execute strategies specifically tailored for Microsoft Ads, optimizing for Bing search and audience networks.
  • Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve CTR, conversion rates, and other key metrics across both platforms.
  • Keyword and Search Term Monitoring: Regularly analyze search terms and keywords on both platforms to identify opportunities for expansion, negative keywords, and campaign refinement.
  • Conversion Tracking: Create, implement, and manage conversion goals and tracking across both Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to measure performance and optimize for business objectives.
  • Client Communication: Represent the company on client calls, providing insights, updates, and recommendations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance across Google and Microsoft Ads, including key metrics and actionable insights. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other members of our team, including account optimizers, account strategists, and leadership, as well as the content, design, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and creative that align with our brand and objectives.
  • Leadership and Training: Develop and refine leadership skills to train, mentor, and support direct reports as the team grows. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new features, and best practices in both Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and digital marketing.
The Successful ApplicantQualifications:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar role, with expertise in both Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center.
  • Experience with creating and implementing conversion goals and tracking across both Google and Microsoft Ads platforms.
  • Experience with Performance Max campaigns and a solid understanding of ad formats such as Search, Display, and Shopping on both platforms.
  • Proficient in keyword research, campaign management, and performance optimization across multiple ad networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently represent the company on client calls and build strong client relationships.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess situations, make quick decisions, and solve problems effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and manage future team members.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Google Ads certification required, Microsoft Ads certification preferred.
