I have a great contract position with my client based in the northern suburbs. They require an Africa Centralised AP Accountant to work closely with the Ledger Controllers and centralised teams to provide support in centralised processes.Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable
Inter-Company and Foreign Payments Processing
Prepare 3rd party and inter-company payments for all countries in line with centralised payments process and monthly schedule on a weekly basis
When required obtain supplier statements and document reconciliation
Assist and support team if need arises in special circumstances

Requirements:

Tertiary level administration or finance qualification
Accounts payable experience
General administration, analyst and accounting experience
Experience with Tax - VAT, withholding taxes will be advantage
Immediate availability is essential
