Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Actively prospect and generate leads to grow sales pipeline
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles professionally to potential buyers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership profitability
  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to vehicle delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven, traceable sales track record (must be able to provide commission statements)
  • Stable employment history with consistent performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Valid drivers license and clear criminal record
