- Lead, motivate, and manage the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement strategies to grow pre-owned vehicle sales and profitability
- Manage stock levels, pricing, and advertising to ensure optimal turnover and margins
- Oversee trade-ins, vehicle valuations, and reconditioning processes
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high CSI scores
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions where needed
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience
- Proven experience as a Pre-Owned or Used Vehicle Sales Manager (essential)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of pre-owned vehicle pricing, reconditioning, and stock control
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Target-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives
- Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record
