
Fuel Station and Kiosk Manager

- Day-to-day operations: Overseeing fuel dispensing, inventory management, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Maintaining ongoing thorough housekeeping of a high standard in respect of the station, premises and buildings.
- Staff management: Supervising staff, including shift scheduling and performance evaluations and ensuring mandatory training interventions successfully completed by station manager and all relevant staff.
- Financial management: Financial management of site, actively striving to continuously contribute towards reaching and exceeding turnover goals and net profits.
- Marketing and promotions: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract customers and promote products and services.
- Customer service: Excellent customer service including resolving queries and complaints and escalate unresolved issues as a matter of urgency.
- Compliance: Adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to fuel handling, safety, and environmental protection.
- Inventory management: Maintaining accurate stock levels of fuel and kiosk products including but not limited to the effective management of shortages and expired stock.
- Quality control and risk management: Ensuring the quality of products and services offered at the station.
- Sales: Achieving sales targets and maximising revenue generation for the station.
- Grade 12 / NQF4 with relevant tertiary qualification as an advantage;
- Valid Code EB drivers licence and access to own reliable transport is compulsory;
- Minimum of five (5) years; management experience within a fuel environment including fast food restaurant management;
- Willingness to work after hours as and when required, based on operational requirements;
- Intermediate to advance compute skills;
- Good interpersonal and marketing skills;
- Proven track record of previous experience in management role;
- Ability to continuously adding value to the industry through reaching the organisations; strategic and operation goals; and
- Honesty and reliability.
