We are seeking an experienced and resilient Service Manager to drive results and lead the team to new levels of performance. In this role, you will work closely with senior management while taking full responsibility for the productivity, profitability, and efficiency of the workshop and frontline staff. Success in this position requires a hands-on approach, strong business acumen, and solid technical expertise. To apply, you will need a minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a Service Manager within a high-volume franchised dealership, a stable work history, contactable references and the ability to build lasting relationships in a close-knit community.Job RequirementsMatric CertificateA Business Degree/Diploma is beneficialTechnical training/mindedness is beneficialA valid Drivers License3 years of Service Management experience in a high-volume franchised motor dealershipExcellent leadership and customer service skillsAbove average business acumenWorking knowledge of a DMSFluency in English & Afrikaans (both verbal and written)Stable work historyContactable referencesYou will need the following documents to apply.
