• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through effective stock management practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor team members to improve efficiency and performance.
• Monitor workflow and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet business objectives.

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in warehouse management software is an advantage.
