- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through effective stock management practices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor team members to improve efficiency and performance.
- Monitor workflow and identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet business objectives.
- Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in warehouse management software is an advantage.
