Job SummaryJob Title: Membership ManagerDepartment: Accounts DepartmentJob Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a talented and experienced individual who has a hands-on approach and proven membership management skills in a golf club operation inclusive of other sporting amenities.Responsibilities:

Maintain all membership accounting records.
Efficient day-to-day management of the members accounts which incorporates:

Monthly accounts and reporting,

Aging
Doubtful debts
Suspended membership
Reconciliation of member accounts
New applications
Waiting list of prospective members
Billings

Debit orders
Electronic funds
Management of the HNA platform and reconciliation to accounting records

Serve as members liaison to finance committee.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

Diploma in business administration or similar.
5+ years' experience in golfing industry.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, preferably Jonas.
Analytical with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
