- Valid drivers' license essential
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Taking messages and assisting walk-in clients
- General administrative duties including filing, faxing, and emailing
- Supporting sales executives with administrative tasks
- Managing gate passes and front desk operations
- Providing all-round assistance where needed
