Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front office reception and switchboard (face-to-face & telephone service)
  • Handle accommodation bookings and extensions
  • Process orders and support administrative tasks
  • Maintain a neat and professional reception area
  • Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Support internal teams with general administration
Requirements
  • Female, under 33 years of age
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Strong attention to detail & excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office or similar)
  • Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Professional, friendly, and organized personality
  • Reception, administration, or customer service experience is essential
  • Ideally based in Thembisa
