- Generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Assist with onboarding new advisers, assistants, and clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and drive client and adviser events in the region.
- Manage inquiries on products, systems, and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Take responsibility for administrative correctness and adherence to service level agreements.
- Actively engage with clients and advisers, providing support via email, in-person meetings, or telephonically.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Client Services, External Platforms and Adviser Offices.
- Resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
- Maintain agreed upon turnaround times on all administrative tasks.
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
- Develop and implement crisis management procedures to minimize client dissatisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Investment Management, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in client services in a similar role.
- Knowledge of LISP processes and products.
- Proficiency in technology and software used in the investment management industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
