Junior Interior Decorator

• Assist in developing mood boards, colour schemes, and décor presentations
• Source and procure furniture, fabrics, accessories, and finishes
• Liaise with suppliers for samples, quotes, and lead times
• Support with site visits, installations, and on-site styling
• Help maintain sample libraries, catalogues, and records
• Monitor décor budgets, procurement schedules, and timelines
• Stay informed on trends, products, and materials to enhance project quality
• Present ideas and solutions to contribute to the creative direction

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Décor, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in interiors or décor, ideally in a high-end design studio
• Strong design sensibility with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics
• Solid knowledge of fabrics, materials, and interior styling trends
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel for site work
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
