
Human Resources Manager - KwaZulu-Natal

- Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Support line managers in dealing with performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with current labour legislation
- Manage and report on HR metrics including staff turnover, absenteeism, and engagement
- Foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement
- Provide strategic input to support operational goals and long-term people strategies
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proven experience in an HR Manager role, preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment
- Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
