multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders,
and managing customer accounts.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering
appropriate solutions.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Working hours: 15:00pm to 1:00am
