- Education: Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent; IT qualification preferred.
- Experience: 2–3 years in customer software support.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
- Experience with Jira Helpdesk or similar tools.
- SQL Reporting Services experience is a plus.
- Work remotely from anywhere in South Africa.
