Location: South Africa (Remote)What You’ll Do As a key member of our support team, you will:
  • Resolve customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that promotes loyalty and retention.
  • Ensure all interactions meet SLA guidelines and reflect our commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Track, report, and follow up on customer queries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Continuously improve service delivery through clear communication and problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent; IT qualification preferred.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in customer software support.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
  • Experience with Jira Helpdesk or similar tools.
  • SQL Reporting Services experience is a plus.
