We are looking for a reliable Service Centre Administrator. This person will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising, working with little supervision, self-motivated and trustworthy.Responsibilities and Duties:General administrative duties – Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails.
Preparing documents, reports, maintaining office general files and purchasing office supplies
Must be able to write and speak English to liaise with customers etc.
Data capturing on Microsoft Dynamics SL 365 – invoicing and receipting.
Reconciliation of accounts and must be detail oriented.
Performing other relevant duties when neededQualifications and Skills:Matric / Grade 12
Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Relevant diploma (advantageous)
Experience in a similar position (advantageous)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to work under pressure.
Deadline driven and a team player.
Good organising skills
Comfortable handling confidential information
