Systems Process Consultant

• Assess existing financial, operational, and ERP processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Configure, implement, and support Xero, Odoo, and Sage platforms to align with business requirements.
• Design and document system workflows, processes, and integration points.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless process adoption.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to enhance system utilization.
• Lead migration and integration projects between legacy systems and cloud-based solutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and data security standards.
• Act as subject matter expert for Xero, Odoo, and Sage functionalities, keeping up-to-date with new features and best practices.

• Proven experience working with Xero, Odoo, and Sage (implementation, configuration, and support).
• Strong background in business process analysis and systems optimization.
• Experience in ERP, accounting systems, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of financial processes (AP, AR, GL, reporting, reconciliation).
• Solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (advantageous but not always required).
• Relevant certifications in Xero, Sage, or Odoo will be highly beneficial.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar consulting or systems role.
