- Analyse and document business processes across departments and franchise operations
- Map out all recurring and critical tasks in the business and align them with the correct roles
- Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, and missing responsibilities within existing structures
- Recommend new roles or role adjustments to meet current and future business needs
- Build scalable processes and workflows to support franchise growth and brand consistency
- Collaborate with leadership and department heads to understand operational pain points
- Create clear, practical documentation including Standers Operating procedures, role outlines, and process maps
- Support HR and leadership with role clarity, org chart design, and hiring plans
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing structural and process refinements
- Guide change management when implementing new processes or systems
- Strong ability to visualise complex operations and translate them into structured workflows
- Proficient in analysing and optimising processes for clarity, efficiency, and scalability
- Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or similar platforms like Sweet process.
- Skilled in aligning tasks with appropriate roles and identifying structural gaps
- Experience in building or restructuring org charts and defining role responsibilities
- Able to anticipate future business needs and design structures that scale
- Practical problem-solver with the ability to balance immediate fixes with long-term solutions
- Strong communicator, able to simplify complex ideas and gain buy-in across teams
- Experience rolling out new processes in a collaborative and effective way
- Skilled at coaching teams through operational changes
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to write clear SOPs and guidelines
- Highly organised and methodical in tracking processes, responsibilities, and updates
- Comfortable working across multiple departments and levels of the business
- Approachable, curious, and people-savvy - good at reading the room and adapting style
- Bonus: experience in franchising, retail, hospitality, or service-based environments
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or Business Management
